Vice President Of Ground Engineering Bc & Yukon

Lead the Ground Engineering & Materials division at WSP, where visionary leadership drives innovative solutions in British Columbia and Yukon. Shape strategic direction while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
As Vice President, you will spearhead the growth of WSP's Ground Engineering & Materials business. This strategic position requires a blend of technical leadership and entrepreneurial insight to harness emerging trends in geotechnics and materials engineering. Your focus will be on enhancing operational performance, building client relationships, and nurturing a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Set a compelling vision for the regional business - Drive strategic growth and operational excellence - Identify new market opportunities and client needs - Lead financial performance and budgeting processes - Champion a culture of safety and collaboration
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geoscience - Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required - 15+ years in leadership roles in engineering - Strong financial acumen and management skills - Excellent stakeholder and communication abilities
