Agent d'Admission en Santé Mentale Temporaire

Rejoignez Dialogue en tant qu'Agent(e) d'admission en santé mentale temporaire et aidez à transformer le bien-être des membres. Contactez les membres et orientez-les vers des professionnels adaptés à leurs besoins. Ce contrat de 6 mois nécessite une approche empathique pour mener des consultations brèves, en évaluant les antécédents en santé mentale des membres. Vous serez le premier point de contact clinique, répondant à des demandes variées tout en collaborant avec une équipe multidisciplinaire pour optimiser l'expérience de triage. Key Responsibilities:

Évaluer les besoins en santé mentale des membres
Fournir des renseignements sur les professionnels de santé mentale
Gérer les attentes sur le parcours de soins
Collaborer pour améliorer le processus de triage
Consigner les notes cliniques dans le dossier électronique

Requirements:

Baccalauréat en santé mentale ou services sociaux
2 ans d'expérience avec des problèmes de santé mentale
Capacité à écouter et faire preuve d'empathie
Disponibilité de 21 heures par semaine minimum
Expérience en équipe multidisciplinaire est un atout
