As you collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, you will uphold ethical standards and adhere to policies in line with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Your contributions will directly enhance the quality of life for patients in the rehabilitation program. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered, ethical nursing care in rehabilitation
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
- Administer medications per RPN standards and regulations
- Document care and patient progress accurately
- Participate in professional development and training
- Completion of RPN medication course or equivalent
- Valid CNO registration certificate
- Valid Level C CPR certification
- FIM certification completion within timeline
- Bilingual in French and English preferred
