Highway Infrastructure Program Manager

Direct highway and municipal transportation programs for Egis from Toronto, combining technical judgment, people leadership, and client-facing communication.This senior manager oversees roadway design and construction support across Ontario and Quebec, from concept development through implementation. You will lead transportation professionals, project portfolios, technical interfaces, agency submissions, and program development. The scope includes road reconstruction, complete streets, active transportation, transit infrastructure, intersections, and corridor improvements.Key Responsibilities:
Lead municipal roadway, complete streets, transit, and intersection projectsCoordinate structures, drainage, traffic, illumination, utilities, and geotechnical interfacesManage transportation programs, client relationships, and market presenceRecruit, onboard, mentor, and develop engineering professionalsPlan workforce needs, performance, coaching, and succession activitiesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline15–20 years of senior transportation engineering responsibilityStrong municipal roadway and transportation engineering experienceExperience managing scope, schedules, resources, and design riskStrong engineering judgment and client-facing communication skillsUse transportation program expertise, technical problem-solving, and professional leadership to strengthen Egis roadway delivery capability.
