Desarrollador de Software Semi senior– Node.js & TypeScript
En Ready estamos buscando un Ingeniero Full Stack Semi Senior con equipo MAC para integrarse a un proyecto de 6 meses, con posibilidad de renovación, trabajando de manera 100% remota bajo modalidad freelance. Buscamos un profesional con sólida experiencia en desarrollo backend con Node.js y TypeScript, bases de datos NoSQL, arquitecturas de microservicios y soluciones escalables y de alto rendimiento.
Responsabilidades
Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones y servicios backend utilizando Node.js y TypeScript.
Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas de microservicios eficientes, robustas y escalables.
Modelar y optimizar bases de datos, especialmente MongoDB y otras soluciones NoSQL.
Diseñar e implementar APIs REST o GraphQL.
Desarrollar soluciones basadas en sistemas de comunicación asíncrona y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos.
Integrar y trabajar con sistemas de mensajería y eventos como RabbitMQ, Kafka o SQS.
Implementar y mantener soluciones sobre infraestructura Cloud, preferiblemente AWS.
Trabajar con Kubernetes para la gestión y despliegue de aplicaciones y servicios.
Diseñar e implementar pruebas automatizadas, incluyendo pruebas unitarias y de integración.
Participar en el análisis y resolución de problemas técnicos complejos.
Contribuir al desarrollo de soluciones de alto rendimiento, garantizando escalabilidad, disponibilidad y robustez.
Colaborar con otros equipos técnicos para asegurar la correcta integración de los servicios y componentes de la solución.
Requisitos
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia demostrable en desarrollo de software backend.
Experiencia sólida trabajando con Node.js y TypeScript.
Experiencia avanzada en bases de datos, incluyendo modelamiento de datos y optimización de consultas.
Experiencia con MongoDB o bases de datos NoSQL similares.
Experiencia práctica en el modelado de problemas complejos y diseño de arquitecturas de microservicios eficientes, robustas y escalables.
Experiencia trabajando con servicios e infraestructura en la nube, preferiblemente AWS.
Experiencia en diseño e implementación de pruebas automatizadas, incluyendo pruebas unitarias y de integración.
Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de alto rendimiento.
Será deseable que tengas experiencia en:
Diseño e implementación de APIs REST o GraphQL.
Sistemas de comunicación asíncrona y eventos como RabbitMQ, Kafka o SQS.
Arquitecturas orientadas a eventos.
Sistemas distribuidos y de alto rendimiento.

Modalidad: 100% remoto.
Jornada: Full Time.
Horario: Lunes a viernes, horario de Chile.
Contratación: Freelance (Contractor).
Duración: 6 meses, con posibilidad de renovación.
Pago: En USD.
Ubicación: 100% remoto LATAM.
El profesional debe contar con equipo Mac.
El equipo deberá ser securitizado con la maqueta y configuración de seguridad del banco.
Una vez securitizado, el equipo quedará imposibilitado para ser utilizado para temas personales, por lo que deberá destinarse exclusivamente a las actividades laborales durante la asignación.
