Golf Operations Representative (Back Shop)

Job Responsibility:

Position: Golf Operations Representative (Backshop)

Facility: Golden Eagle Golf Club is a 36 Hole championship facility located in Pitt Meadows, BC.

Background: Golden Eagle is looking for an employee who is looking to grow in the Hospitality Industry. The ideal candidate will begin this season in a hands-on role working in multiple aspects of the Guest Services Operation

Requirements for the successful candidate:

· Possess leadership qualities

· Ability to work with and motivate other team members in a fast-paced environment

· Great attention to detail

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Help create a cohesive and efficient team environment

· Power cart management (Cleaning, staging, general maintenance)

· Marshaling, starting and pace of play management

· Assist with event set up and execution (weddings, tournaments, league play)

· Act as a key liaison between the golf club and our members and guests

Compensation:

· $17.40 per hour: Full & Part-Time Seasonal (Feb - October)

· Access to 3 Golf Courses (Golden Eagle North, South and The Falls Golf Club)

Job Types: Part-time, SeasonalContract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 32 per week
