Job Title: All-Rounder Renovation Technician
Company: KB Better Construction About Us KB Better Construction is a fast-growing company known for high-quality residential and commercial renovations and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a versatile, skilled All-Rounder Renovation Technician to join our team. The Role We are looking for a "jack-of-all-trades" professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing diverse renovation tasks or working as part of a team. You will handle multiple aspects of renovation projects, demonstrating strong technical proficiency across various trades. Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Trade Execution: Perform a wide range of renovation and repair work, including framing, drywall, flooring (tile, laminate, hardwood), painting, and fixture installation.
Project Versatility: Handle demolition, surface preparation, trim/baseboard installation, and minor plumbing or electrical assistance.
Quality & Safety: Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards, adhering to company safety policies and local building codes.
Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure efficiency.
Communication: Follow project plans, drawings, and instructions accurately.
Requirements
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in general renovations and construction.
Versatile Skill Set: Strong technical skills across multiple trades.
Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Commitment: Strong dedication to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Residency: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Compensation
Wages: $30.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
