Fleet Finance Sales Director

Shape fleet finance growth at Jim Peplinski Capital through client leadership, business origination, and disciplined sales execution across Western Canada.This Director of Sales leads JPC's Western Canada team while remaining directly involved with clients and prospects. You will develop sellers, strengthen key relationships, and translate the annual business plan into regional action. Fleet management, automotive, equipment finance, or specialty lending experience is an asset.Key Responsibilities:
Set direction and coach Business Development Managers and sellersProspect for net new commercial relationships and opportunitiesServe as senior contact for important regional clientsPartner with Credit and Operations on pricing and deal structureDeliver consistent sales and service with Eastern Canada leadershipRequirements:
Five-plus years leading B2B sales teamsCommercial or industrial sales experienceExperience exceeding targets and developing sales talentNetwork across Western Canada is a plusAbility to build trusted, long-term partnershipsUse fleet finance knowledge, direct selling, and team development to grow JPC's Western Canada commercial business.
