Shift: Afternoon (1300-2100) shift What You’ll Do

• Process and manage paperwork to support order flow, including monitoring, controlling, and releasing orders.
• Update, maintain, and modify information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Provide system and operational support to Supervisors, Inventory, and other warehouse team members.
• Communicate product status updates and operational issues clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, system adjustments, and report generation.
• Investigate and resolve inventory or order discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Manage the checkout process and ensure proper use and functionality of RF equipment.
• Consistently deliver work that meets accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
• Experience with Allocation Merchandise Planning (AMP) systems is an asset.
• Previous experience in distribution, logistics, or a clerical warehouse role is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
