Join as a Learning Systems Analyst in Calgary, AB, focusing on LMS administration and data analytics. This role combines technical proficiency in systems with stakeholder support in a hybrid setting. This Training Systems Analyst position is a 9-month contract starting June 22, 2026, for candidates with over six years of experience, preferably with Workday Learning. Your role will encompass advanced Excel work, Power BI dashboard management, and compliance reporting, ensuring optimal LMS functionality and data governance. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage LMS operations and advanced user support
- Generate analytics and compliance reports for stakeholders
- Develop and publish dashboards in Power BI
- Ensure robust documentation and knowledge resources
- Assess and ensure data quality within LMS processes
- Minimum 6 years of experience in LMS administration
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Valid legal authorization to work in Canada
- Expertise in Excel and Power BI reporting
- Strong communication and support skills for stakeholders
