Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens suchen wir Verstärkung im Outbound Sales.
Bei unserem Partnerunternehmen handelt es sich um ein schnell wachsendes SaaS-Unternehmen. Die
cloudbasierte Software hilft Handwerksbetrieben und Bauunternehmen dabei, mehr Umsatz aus ihren
Projekten zu holen und operative Abläufe zu vereinfachen. Das Produkt trifft einen echten Nerv in der
Branche. Das Vertriebsteam wächst gerade stark.
Deine Aufgabe: Entscheider im Handwerk telefonisch erreichen, für das Produkt gewinnen und
Demotermine vereinbaren.
Hinweis zum Bewerbungsprozess: Diese Stelle wird durch S&P Consulting GmbH besetzt. Wir begleiten dich
durch den gesamten Auswahlprozess. Die Anstellung erfolgt direkt beim Partnerunternehmen.
• Kaltakquise per Telefon bei Handwerksbetrieben und Bauunternehmen auf Basis hochwertiger
Leadlisten (keine eigene Recherche notwendig).
• Terminvereinbarung für Demotermine mit dem Sales-Team.
• Einwandbehandlung und strukturiertes Gesprächsführen nach Leitfaden.
• Pflege und Dokumentation aller Kontakte im CRM.
• Feedback zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Skripts.
Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kaltakquise im B2B-SaaS Umfeld
Kenntnisse aus dem Bau- und Handwerksumfeld sind ein Plus.
Ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation, Belastbarkeit und Ausdauer
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Strukturierte, disziplinierte Arbeitsweise im Homeoffice.
Du lebst in Deutschland.
