Requirements Management Lead in Engineering

Shape project requirements as the Requirements Lead in our engineering team. Oversee development, compliance, and team management while collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers in all phases of project delivery.

In this senior role, you will guide project requirements from design and build through set-to-work and commissioning phases. Leverage your leadership skills to manage a team of engineers while ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards. Your expertise in requirements management tools and processes will be critical to achieving project success.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of project requirements with clients and stakeholders • Manage a team of requirements and systems engineers • Establish and maintain requirements management plans • Collaborate with teams to derive detailed specifications • Act as primary liaison for requirements communication

Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering fields • Minimum five years in a leadership role in requirements management • Proficiency in requirements management tools like DOORS • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken • Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
