Buildings Facilities Project Manager

Lead buildings and facilities projects in Calgary, applying project management expertise across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.As a contract Project Manager at Tiree, you will guide projects from early planning through handover. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality while coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The work requires organized delivery, clear communication, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects through initiation, implementation, occupancy, and closeoutMaintain plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication strategiesContribute to estimates and align spending with approved budgetsReview designs against client needs, codes, standards, and policiesCoordinate consultants, contractors, sites, relocations, meetings, and leadership updatesRequirements:
5+ years managing building, facility, or workplace projectsKnowledge of design documents, construction documents, codes, and procurementStrong organization, documentation, scheduling, reporting, and detail orientationConfident communication across multidisciplinary project teamsRelated post-secondary degree or diploma;
security clearance eligibility;
