AlayaCare Cloud Team Software Manager

Drive innovation in software solutions as the Software Manager on the AlayaCare Cloud Team. Empower a skilled workforce and enhance home healthcare through technology. In your role as Software Manager, you'll focus on developing the team’s identity while enhancing technical delivery in key areas such as clinical documentation and scheduling. You'll coach engineers on utilizing AI tools for maximum impact, ensuring your team fosters collaboration and high-quality outputs. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping how technology supports caregivers in the field. Key Responsibilities:

Lead hiring and mentor engineers for growth
Manage technical design and software delivery
Establish AI-driven development standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams regularly
Influence product direction with data-driven insights

Requirements:

7+ years of relevant software development experience
3+ years in a management role
Strong understanding of AI technologies
Background in multi-tenant SaaS solutions
Bilingual skills in French and English are a plus
