Extol Developments is a Regina-based construction management firm delivering commercial and residential projects through clear, concise, and transparent communication.
We are seeking an Architectural Technologist who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to turn concepts into buildable solutions. Working with project managers and site teams, this role supports design, estimating, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
Prepare architectural drawings, details, 3D models, and coordinated construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
Complete site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.
Apply building code, zoning, accessibility, and construction standards.
Support permit applications and respond to authority comments.
Coordinate drawings with consultants, project teams, and stakeholders.
Review materials, assemblies, envelope details, energy requirements, and constructability.
Assist with takeoffs, estimates, scopes, specifications, tendering, and procurement.
Review shop drawings, RFIs, change requests, and construction documentation.
Attend site visits to verify conditions, review progress, and resolve technical issues.
Maintain organized drawings, records, and closeout documentation. Benefits:

Diploma in Architectural Technologies.
Revit and AutoCAD proficiency.
Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil drawings.
Knowledge of Canadian building codes, zoning, safety standards, construction methods, materials, and assemblies.
Strong technical, analytical, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage priorities independently while collaborating with project teams, consultants, clients, and trades.
Valid drivers license and criminal record check.
