Nos solutions offrent sécurité, confort et durabilité aux utilisateurs finaux, rendent la mobilité et l'industrie plus durables, contribuent à favoriser une économie circulaire tout en permettant à nos clients de s'orienter vers un avenir à faible émission de carbone. ******************************** Votre fonction L'analyse financier a pour responsabilité principale de veiller à ce que toutes les opérations quotidiennes se déroulent en temps opportun, selon les règles de contrôle internes. Il assiste le directeur financier dans l'atteinte des objectifs financiers annuels et supporte les employés au sein du département des finances. Vos missions principales Plus spécifiquement, le titulaire effectuera les tâches suivantes :

- Prendre en charge du processus de fin de mois (cycle comptable complet)
- Supervision de deux personnes en charges des payables et des recevables ;
- Effectuer les différentes conciliations et analyses mensuelles au niveau du bilan ;
- Effectuer les conciliations bancaires ;
- Participer à la mise à jour du système ERP et documenter chaque processus opérationnel;
- Gestion des immobilisations et travaux en cours ;
- Assurer le suivi de la trésorerie ;
- Gestion et suivi des transactions interco ;
- Remise TPS TVQ mensuel ;
- Balancer et Analyser les âges des comptes clients, fournisseurs, stocks ;
- Analyser les ventes par familles ;
- Analyser les prix de revient, auditer les ajustements d'inventaire et établir le processus de Standard ;
- Préparer les dossiers d'audit externe et de RSDE de fin d'année ;
- Participer aux projets spéciaux qui lui sont assignés.
- Préparer des analyses de coûts ponctuelles.
- Très bonne connaissance d'Excel (obligatoire) ;
- 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité (entreprise manufacturière);
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, profil comptabilité financière ;
- Titre comptable CPA en voie d'obtention (un atout) ;
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (parlé et écrit) ;
- Expérience en prix de revient (un atout) ;
- Connaissance d'un système ERP Epicor (un atout) ;
- Bonne connaissance d'Access (un atout).
- Aptitude pour les communications, le travail d'équipe et les relations interpersonnelles ;
- Capacité à mener plusieurs dossiers de front et à respecter les échéanciers ;
- Engagement, Autonomie, Rigueur, Résolution de problèmes, Esprit d'analyse et Esprit d'équipe.
