Claims Management Specialist - AXA XL
AXA
AXA XL is seeking a Claims Management Specialist for its Design Professional team in Canada. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while handling intricate claims. As a Claims Management Specialist, you will conduct in-depth coverage analysis and work collaboratively with underwriting and legal teams to achieve optimal claim resolutions. Your ability to communicate effectively will ensure seamless interactions with a range of stakeholders across various jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough coverage analysis on claims
- Negotiate resolutions in various jurisdictions
- Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel
- Manage stakeholder communications effectively
- Maintain accurate claims reporting and records
- Valid Representative’s Certificate for Commercial claims
- Experience with Professional lines litigation claims
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees preferred
- CIP or CRM designation preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
