Lead customer contracting for Incode across the United States and Canada, applying commercial negotiation and data privacy expertise. Own high-volume deals from inception through signature.As Senior Commercial Counsel, you will advise Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success while negotiating customer agreements. You will counsel Product and Engineering on products, features, launches, and go-to-market activities. The work covers identity, biometric, and fraud-prevention technology sold into regulated industries.Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate customer commercial agreementsOwn deals through redlines, resolution, and executionAdvise teams on product legal and regulatory risksMonitor North American privacy and biometric developmentsGuide marketing communications and responsible AI governanceRequirements:
Juris Doctor or equivalent and United States bar admissionSeven or more years of commercial technology transactions experienceComplex customer agreement negotiation and closing experienceWorking knowledge of North American data privacy lawExperience serving highly regulated industry customersBring commercial judgment, privacy knowledge, and negotiation strength to Incode’s customer contracts and product counseling across North America.
