Regional Equipment Operations Manager
WSP Global Inc.
Lead regional equipment operations and logistics for WSP Earth and Environment across Ontario and Atlantic Canada, improving utilization, visibility, and service delivery.As Manager, Equipment Operations & Logistics, you will build and implement a scalable regional operating model. You will adapt proven WSP practices, establish consistent processes, and support safe, efficient project delivery. The work spans equipment management, logistics, performance measurement, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Implement the regional equipment operations and logistics modelImprove equipment visibility, utilization, availability, and accountabilityStandardize booking, logistics, maintenance, calibration, and trackingEstablish performance metrics and operational reportingLead teams supporting customer service, safety, and accountabilityRequirements:
Experience leading equipment, logistics, fleet, warehouse, or asset functionsSuccess building systems, processes, or operating modelsExperience driving change across multiple locations or stakeholder groupsStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsValid driver's license and willingness to travel regionallyBuild scalable equipment operations for WSP through asset management, logistics leadership, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
