Senior Public Relations Manager

Lead corporate storytelling and media strategy as Lightspeed’s Senior Public Relations Manager in Montreal on a 13-month fixed-term contract.Reporting to the Director of Public Relations, you will shape North American and Quebec narratives. The role combines executive counsel, media relations, writing, and cross-functional communications leadership. Your work will influence media, customers, partners, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Develop corporate and industry stories across North America and QuebecBuild reporter and influencer relationships in technology and businessLead proactive media engagement, pitching, and spokesperson preparationWrite, edit, and produce external communications materialsAdvise executives on issues, crises, and reputational considerationsRequirements:
Seven or more years in public relations or corporate communicationsExceptional writing and editing skills for varied audiencesCanadian media landscape knowledge;
Quebec expertise is an assetExperience advising senior leaders and influencing stakeholdersEnglish fluency required;
French bilingualism is an assetBring strategic storytelling, media expertise, executive counsel, and communications judgment to Lightspeed’s Montreal-based public relations team.
