Remote Entry Level Benefits Representative

AO Globe Life   is a company that works with all major members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families across Canada and providing them with their permanent benefits. We are dedicated to protecting every child and serve all working families and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.

We are seeking entry-level benefits specialists who will be responsible for explaining clients permanent benefits they are entitled to through the labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong verbal and oral communication skills 

• Build and maintain client relationships 

• Engage with clients via phone and zoom to explain our permanent products and benefits

• Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner to meet company standards

• Proficiency with Zoom

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience

• Education requirements: High school Diploma 

   
• Experience working in a team environment or in position of leadership 

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Zoom Platform 
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
