Join our dynamic Managed Services Operations as a NOC and Virtualization Specialist. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring and troubleshooting network services for our valued customers. We are looking for a Network Operations Centre Analyst with over 2 years of experience in managed IT environments. You will monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure clients receive seamless support. Every role is pivotal as we deliver high availability across our Canadian data centers. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor infrastructure and respond promptly to alerts
- Ensure uptime by implementing best service practices
- Collaborate with internal and vendor teams for solutions
- Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Provide technical consultative services to customers
- 2+ years experience in managed IT services
- Strong understanding of IP networking and TCP/IP protocols
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work 24/7 shifts as needed
