Senior AI Solutions Engineer in Toronto

Make an impact as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer at Scotiabank, leading the charge in AI platform enablement and user engagement. Your expertise will drive effective use of generative AI technologies. This position focuses on acting as the main interface between enterprise AI platforms and the organizational teams. You will develop onboarding strategies, evaluate new features, and conduct technical training sessions to improve knowledge across teams. Identify opportunities to integrate AI into operational workflows while ensuring that users are technically prepared to leverage new capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Design user onboarding strategies for AI platforms
- Produce documentation and best-practice repositories
- Evaluate AI tools and features for readiness and applicability
- Conduct functional validation and user acceptance testing
- Collect user feedback to drive improvements
- 8–12 years in technical enablement or related fields
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, Google native services
- Familiarity with Generative AI and LLM functionalities
- Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement
- Strong user-centric approach to solving challenges
