Part time child care provider

We're looking for a reliable, caring and flexible part-time nanny/babysitter to help with childcare approximately 20-30 hours per week. I work as a nurse and primarily work evening shifts, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable providing care into the late evening. A typical shift would be approximately 2:00PM to 12:00AM. Will not need someone on Wednesdays or Thursdays. I also attend some events on weekends, so some weekend availability would be helpful during the evening or late evenings. The schedule may vary from week to week, so this position would be a great fit for someone who has some flexibility in their availability. Responsibilities would primarily include caring for the children, preparing meals/snacks, playing and doing activities with them, helping with their evening/bedtime routine, and keeping the house tidy. We're hoping to find someone is who dependable, patient, warm and genuinely enjoys spending time with children. Ideally, we'd love to find someone who can become a consistent and trusted person for our family.
