Compensation
Compensation Type Fee-for-Service Estimated Remuneration Variable. With a high volume of patients in the community, new physicians can expect to be busy enough to establish a full panel within their first few months of practice. Additionally, Whistler has a high volume of out of country patients who may require medical services, representing additional opportunity for earnings outside the MSP structure. Physician Overhead Negotiable Billing Split Negotiable

Vacation Leave Negotiable May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium 6.72% Retention Flat Fee $10,198 Relocation Funding Available $up to $10,000 Recruitment Incentive $Up to $10,000
