Human Capital Coordinator

In this role you will provide support for a broad range of HR functions & admin duties, delivering exceptional service to all internal/external customers. This position will work from either: Humboldt, Wynyard, Kelvington, Preeceville, Swan River.

Responsibilities
-Assist with day-to-day operations of the Human Capital (HC) dept
-Recruiting activities
-Support managers with HC processes
-Facilitate new hire orientation
-Provide guidance on staff & succession planning
-Participate in HC & company meetings
-Attend career events & participate in presentations
-General admin as needed
-Build & maintain positive relationships with co-workers & outside partners
-Participate in ongoing training/education to improve knowledge/skills  

Requirements
-Diploma/degree in HR or relate field an asset
-Must be professional/confidential when handling sensitive info
-Excellent written & verbal communication
-Knowledge/understanding of Employment Standards/legislation an asset
-Strong attention to detail, organizational skills
-Skilled in using MS Office & Internet applications, knowledge of Dayforce an asset
-Valid drivers license, able to be flexible with hours & travel as needed
