We are currently seeking a Billing Specialist to carry out various tasks related to the preparation and distribution of client invoices.

Duties

As a Billing Specialist, you will be asked to:

• Manage large volumes of data to prepare monthly billing files
• Follow established processes to create invoices
• Send invoices to clients and follow up on unpaid invoices
• Manage questions from clients related to their products and invoices
• Maintain client product information to ensure that billing data is current and accurate

Required Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Rigor and methodology
• Advanced knowledge and experience using Excel including managing large data sets
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
• Autonomous
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good team player
• Bilingual with strong working knowledge of both French and English
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position which is not inclusive of bonuses, benefits or other forms of compensation that the position may be eligible for. If you are hired at Cars Commerce, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience. If the salary range is close to what you're seeking, then we encourage you to apply and learn more about the total compensation package for this position.

Salary Range

$58,000—$63,000 CAD
