Need someone wial I am gone for work just Monday till Friday morning

I am looking for a reliable, caring nanny to help care for my 3 children, who are all over 10 years old. This is a part-time live-in position starting immediately, ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, and comfortable managing the home while I am away for work during the week. The schedule needed is mainly from Monday through Friday morning, with support required on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday across mornings, evenings, and some nights, and on Friday morning and midday. The role is for approximately 20–30 hours per week. Responsibilities include cooking, preparing meals for the children, running errands or grocery shopping, and keeping the kitchen tidy. Since errands and shopping are part of the job, you will need to use your own car. I am hoping to find someone dependable and self-motivated who can provide a supportive presence in the home and help things run smoothly during the week.
