- Applications of fertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government approved.
- Sales & Marketing opportunities by generating “truck leads”
- Outdoor lead generation for prospective clients by providing free lawn care estimates
- Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customers' lawn.
- Maintain expected production schedule
- Completion of paperwork with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
- Maintain the cleanliness of assigned truck and equipment.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance.
- Ongoing training program to develop and expand the knowledge of our employees
- Annual Bonuses & Very high productivity and commission incentives to increase your earning potential.
- Opportunity for growth into a Supervisor or Manager role for those that demonstrate strong leadership abilities
- A company vehicle, gas and required equipment/tools will be provided
Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:
- Driving Experience: Minimum 4 years
- General Labour Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Class 5 Licence - Required!
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Landscaping, Agronomics or Horticulture, General Labour, Customer Service, Lawn/Garden Maintenance, Golf Course maintenance, Forestry/Arborist, Warehouse, Construction, Lead Generation / Marketing, Professional Driving
- Flexible schedule
