Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager to oversee procurement and materials management operations, ensuring efficient processes, strong supplier partnerships, and high-quality service delivery across the organization. 

• Lead procurement and warehouse teams, ensuring effective operations, inventory control, and service to internal customers
• Oversee sourcing, purchasing, and contract management to achieve best value (quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability)
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractor management standards, and HESQ requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives, aligning with corporate strategies and systems
• Collaborate with maintenance, projects, and central procurement to support operational needs
• Monitor inventory, surplus disposal, and warehouse practices
• Provide leadership through coaching, performance management, and team development
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment

Education, Experience & Skill

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Designation related to Procurement with several years of practical experience.
• Strong experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials management
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Experience with contract negotiation and supplier management
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of procurement systems and continuous improvement practices
