Our automotive body shop team is growing, and we are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join us as a Shop Hand .
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn about the collision repair industry, and takes pride in keeping a workplace organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and able to work well both independently and with technicians.
This position supports our technicians and plays an important role in maintaining shop efficiency and cleanliness.
This role does require daytime shifts and occasional flexibility depending on shop workload.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization (floors, work bays, tools, and common areas )
- Assist body technicians and painters with basic tasks
- Move vehicles in and out of the shop safely
- Dispose of waste materials and recyclables properly
- Keep tools and equipment clean and stored properly
- Wash and detail vehicles after repair
- Pick up and deliver parts when required
- Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
Job Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s record
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
- Previous automotive or shop experience is an asset but not required
