Industrial Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative at LJ Fleming, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by proactively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their requirements and provide assistance.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and effectively promote our products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including electric motors, pumps, drives, and related equipment, to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
• Prepare and present accurate price quotes, proposals, and bids in a timely manner.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from order entry to shipment coordination, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of products to customers.
• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information using CRM software, and generate reports as needed to track performance and measure progress against goals.
• Deliveries as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and solutions.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop and Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Must have G drivers license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
