Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will drive automation, efficiency, and infrastructure engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop automation solutions supporting BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
- Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, citizen services platforms, OSS/BSS systems, billing platforms, and telecom infrastructure.
- Build Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, and self-service capabilities.
- Implement automation for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
- Support telecom infrastructure, customer platforms, network operations, and 5G environments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams.
- Improve infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Implement observability, monitoring, and automation frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and infrastructure standardization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Infrastructure Automation Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
- Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom platforms.
- Strong experience with automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Infrastructure, Cloud, or DevOps certifications preferred.
