Join Equinix as the Chief of Staff for the AI division! Shape the strategic direction and execution of the enterprise AI agenda while enhancing stakeholder engagement. In this role, you'll work directly with the Chief AI Officer to advance enterprise AI strategy and governance. You will require over 10 years of experience in strategic planning and business operations, with an emphasis on shaping cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes while supporting innovation. Key Responsibilities:

Define priorities and investment strategy for enterprise AI
Develop clear recommendations through decision briefs
Lead cross-functional projects ensuring alignment and ownership
Manage AI leadership’s operational rhythm and planning processes
Represent the CAIO in stakeholder engagements and discussions

Requirements:

Over 10 years of strategy or consulting leadership experience
Deep knowledge of AI technologies and their business implications
Experience managing global initiatives successfully
Strong analytical skills for financial assessments
Ability to communicate effectively at the executive level
