- Décider de la planification stratégique à mettre en place en ce qui a trait aux nouvelles lignes de produits
- Établir des politiques et procédures organisationnelles ayant trait aux ventes
- Diriger les équipes de ventes dans le développement de relations d'affaires avec les clients corporatifs, et gérer les négociations de contrats de ventes
- Organiser les opérations de ventes régionales et divisionnaires
- Planifier, diriger et évaluer les activités du service des ventes d'un établissement commercial ou industriel, d'une entreprise de commerce de gros ou de détail et d'autres établissements
- Recruter, organiser, former et gérer le personnel
