Job Responsibility:
We are seeking to fill a part-time sales associate position at our trendy Salmon Arm Boutique! Past experience working in a boutique shop is an asset but not necessary; wages will be based on experience. Social media skills an asset as well.
We are looking for someone who loves people , is outgoing and super friendly! Our ideal candidate is someone who shows up early/on-time and does not miss shifts. We are a small, family-run shop and we must be able to rely on each person we hire .
A positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a love to have fun and sell fun products are absolute musts! We pride ourselves on an in-store shopping experience that is more fun than anywhere else in the Okanagan. We love getting to know our amazing customers and helping them find them the perfect items for themselves or for gifts.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- arriving for each shift on time, with a positive attitude
- being cheerful and helpful to all customers
- greeting all customers and informing of current sales/promos
- being knowledgeable on all products in our store and understanding the sales process for specialty lines we carry
- meeting or exceeding sales goals
- restocking and facing stock
- dusting, mopping and other daily cleaning
- taking initiative
- operating a POS and handling cash
