Senior Engineer for Structural Projects

Drive technical excellence in structural engineering with Worley as a Senior Engineer in Edmonton, Alberta. This role demands leadership in high-profile, complex projects across various sectors.
Worley is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to act as a technical authority on impactful engineering projects. You will develop and approve designs, ensure compliance with standards, and mentor a team of engineers. Your strategic input will play a crucial role in project delivery across industries including infrastructure, mining, and chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide senior technical authority in structural engineering
• Develop and oversee structural design calculations and analyses
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety standards
• Interface with clients and project teams for technical solutions
• Champion continuous improvement of engineering standards and practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) status in Canada required
• Significant experience in energy and industrial design projects
• Expert knowledge of relevant design codes and best practices
• Experience with project lifecycle from design to construction
