- Lead strategy and design for laboratory facilities
- Develop planning documentation including space plans
- Coordinate diverse teams for seamless project execution
- Mentor architects and planners through the design process
- Support business development and strategic initiatives
- Professional Architecture degree with OAA registration
- 15+ years of laboratory strategy and design experience
- Strong client engagement and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience in regulated laboratory environments
