Commercial Journeyman Electrician – Local Work | Home Every Day
Full-Time | Calgary, Airdrie & Strathmore | $42–$48/hour

Our teams work across multiple trades with in-house BIM modeling and a dedicated prefabrication shop , giving you the opportunity to be part of well-coordinated projects from planning through completion.
What You'll Do
- Install electrical wiring for lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm systems, distribution, and power devices
- Prepare, assemble, and install conduit and connect wiring
- Install and assemble cable tray and racking systems
- Install electrical equipment, fixtures, panelboards, and control panels
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Work alongside site personnel and other trades in a professional team environment
- Troubleshoot issues and help ensure installations meet project requirements
- Follow BMP safety practices and all applicable OH&S requirements
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site
What We're Looking For
- Journeyman Electrician with experience in commercial construction
- Experience working on commercial and/or high-rise residential projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices
- Ability to safely use power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and applicable regulations
- Good critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively with a team
Fall Arrest and Scissor Lift certification are assets but are not required.
