Global CPaaS Research Manager at IDC

As a Research Manager, you will drive market intelligence efforts in IDC's global CPaaS research practice. You will need strong expertise in network APIs, conversational messaging, and the integration of GenAI in enhancing enterprise communications. The role emphasizes collaborative insights along with custom research for clients in telecom and tech sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop market intelligence and analysis for CPaaS research
- Author research reports on industry trends and vendor offerings
- Guide clients on growth strategies and market positioning
- Analyze data to support market forecasts
- Attend and present at industry events as a CPaaS expert
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5–10 years of CPaaS experience
- Expertise in network APIs and conversational messaging
- Strong research and data modeling skills
- Excellent communication abilities for client insights
