Full-Time Personal Assistant

Compensation

$200–$300 per hour, depending on experience and capabilities.

Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptionally organized, intelligent, resourceful, and highly reliable Executive & Personal Assistant to provide full-time support to an entrepreneur managing multiple business and personal priorities.

The purpose of this role is simple: remove unnecessary tasks, decisions, coordination, and administrative work from the principal's day so they can focus on their highest-value priorities.

Responsibilities

You will manage calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, travel arrangements, reservations, communications, documents, research, purchases, errands, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

You will also coordinate with employees, contractors, businesses, service providers, and other external parties; track important deadlines and commitments; organize information; follow up on outstanding items; and make sure tasks actually get completed.

The role will include both professional and personal responsibilities and will evolve depending on current priorities.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is extremely organized, fast, proactive, trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable working independently. You should be able to receive a goal rather than a detailed set of instructions, determine what needs to happen, and execute it.

Strong communication, attention to detail, judgment, problem-solving ability, technological proficiency, and time management are essential.

Working Style

This is not intended to be a passive administrative position. We are looking for someone who anticipates needs, identifies problems before they become problems, follows through without repeated reminders, and continuously looks for ways to save time and improve organization.

You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.

Schedule

Full-time position. Flexibility may occasionally be required depending on meetings, travel, deadlines, or urgent priorities.
