Lead dam safety engineering and containment systems as Director of Geotechnical Engineering within a Western Canadian consulting firm. Shape technical direction and practice growth.This senior leadership role combines technical authority, team development, client engagement, and business growth responsibilities. You will build and expand geotechnical engineering services within a multidisciplinary consulting environment. Strategic focus includes dam safety, containment systems, and related infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 15 years consulting geotechnical engineering experienceExpertise in site investigations and embankment designDam safety and Canadian regulatory practices expertiseProfessional Engineer designationBusiness development and technical team leadership experienceBring dam safety expertise, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills to grow a Canadian geotechnical engineering practice.
