You will get to:
- Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customers vehicle
- Performing appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency
- Completing approved service on customer vehicles
- Testing and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturers performance specifications
- Performing scheduled maintenance service such as oil changes lubrications and tune ups.
- Advising customers and associates on work performed general vehicle condition and future repair requirements
- Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
- Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
- Supporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries
What does it take to get on track
- Must be at least a 2nd year Apprentice Automotive Service Technician to be considered
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers
- A diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with modern technology
- The successful applicant will have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to providing a superior customer experience
- Ability to maintain a valid drivers license and provide a satisfactory drivers abstract from province of residence on an annual basis
