Manager en Technologie RH chez EY

Rejoignez EY en tant que Manager expérimenté en Technologie RH, spécialisé en SAP SuccessFactors. Utilisez vos compétences en implantation et en gestion d’équipe pour transformer les opérations RH de nos clients. Ce rôle requiert une expertise dans SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central et une capacité à diriger des implémentations complexes. Vous serez responsable d’assurer l’intégration fluide des systèmes et de guider les équipes à travers diverses phases de projets. Votre influence contribuera à l’adoption et à la satisfaction des clients. Key Responsibilities:

Développer des feuilles de route alignées sur les objectifs des clients
Superviser les déploiements de SAP SuccessFactors
Coordonner et aligner les équipes de projet
Assurer l’intégration avec d’autres applications RH
Mentorer les membres de l’équipe pour favoriser leur croissance

Requirements:

Diplôme en technologies de l’information ou RH
8 ans minimum en technologie RH
Expérience en facilitation et en leadership
Maîtrise des processus d’intégration de données
Bilinguisme en français et anglais
