Key Responsibilities: - Set global vision and merchandising strategies - Lead senior leaders in product management - Orchestrate product lifecycle and go-to-market activities - Collaborate with marketing and design teams - Uphold Fair Labor Principles in the supply chain
Requirements: - Degree and extensive merchandising experience - History of leading successful multi-year strategies - High emotional intelligence and relational skills - Ability to thrive in a performance-driven setting - Open to international travel
