• Configure Dayforce Reporting and Talent Management modules
• Translate business requirements into system configurations
• Support process optimization and solution design
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
• Provide guidance on Dayforce best practices

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Dayforce modules
• Proven track record in implementing or enhancing Dayforce
• Eligible for Active Reliability Clearance
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work during EST hours
