Senior Learning and Development Manager

Shape the future of talent and engagement at Shoppers Drug Mart, leading strategies for onboarding and development in Toronto, Ontario. This vital role enhances communication and builds leadership capabilities. As a Senior Manager in Learning, Development, and Engagement, you’ll drive initiatives that foster colleague capability across Central Pharmacy Services. You'll implement change management and partner closely with business leaders to address engagement challenges. Your expertise will help build effective communication strategies and high-impact leadership programs. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement onboarding programs for new colleagues
Assess leadership and teamwork dynamics in the organization
Design initiatives to strengthen collaboration and engagement
Facilitate multiple cohorts of the Core Leadership Development Program
Lead the strategy for technical and job training standards

Requirements:

University degree in HR or related field
7-10 years of collaborative environment experience
5+ years of progressive HR knowledge
Understanding of change management principles
Strong leadership and influencing skills

Drive leadership and colleague development while enhancing engagement and communication strategies at Shoppers Drug Mart. #J-18808-Ljbffr
