Landmark Solutions is seeking a Lead Estimator in Salmon Arm, BC, to lead the estimating team for civil and infrastructure bids. You will manage bid priorities, review estimates and guide the team to deliver accurate, competitive submissions.The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with project managers and construction leaders to ensure executable bids and sound risk assessments. Travel to project sites is required.
