You’ll need to balance speed and quality in your search for top-tier professionals. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee technical recruitment from outreach to offer acceptance
Identify candidates through innovative sourcing techniques
Collaborate with leadership to sharpen role requirements
Foster relationships within academic and technical ecosystems
Adapt recruitment strategies based on pipeline insights

Requirements:

4+ years of technical recruiting experience
Proven track record in sourcing specialized engineers
Experience in a fast-paced, demanding startup
Strong evaluative judgment for candidate quality
Excellent skills in offer negotiation and closing
