Retirement and Savings Specialist Hybrid

Shape the future of retirement programs as a US Retirement and Savings Programs Specialist in a flexible hybrid position located in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver. Lead significant initiatives like the Employee Share Purchase Plan within a dynamic HR team. This role offers the chance to direct and administer retirement programs while collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, and external partners. Your insights will influence compliance, operational strategy, and the overall employee experience within a large organization. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and implement the Employee Share Purchase Plan
Provide expert advice on retirement savings and equity plans
Handle compliance and regulatory audit processes
Assist in merger and acquisition program integrations
Collaborate to solve complex operational challenges

Requirements:

3 to 5+ years managing retirement or equity compensation programs
Proven background with Employee Share Purchase Plans
Knowledgeable about 401(k) and pension compliance
Experience in supporting mergers and acquisitions
Proficient with HRIS and payroll tools
